The reservation contract will be validated upon receipt of the holiday insurance certificate and the signed rental contract. You will also be asked to attach photocopies of your identity cards.
Rental period
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period.
Arrival and departure
* Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 5 p.m.
* Departure times are scheduled for the morning before 9 a.m.
* Upon arrival, you will be given the key to the ski locker, the internal regulations, and a welcome guide covering the main elements of the rental.
Equipment provided
* This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets and pillows,
* Sheets and other household linen (bed sets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. Each mattress and pillows are equipped with mattress covers that must be clean and maintained upon departure.
* The beds will be made upon your arrival,
* A kit is made available to you upon your arrival (garbage bags, sponges, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets), Please be kind enough to renew for other arrivals.
Reminder !!! before your departure the bed linen must be folded and placed in the entrance. The towels will be folded in the respective shower rooms
Use of the premises
* All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure its cleanliness.
* The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price.
However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heating.
* All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.
* The access door to the accommodation is equipped with a code lock. Be sure to keep the access codes with you before leaving.
Use of the Internet connection
* the tenant agrees to respect the laws regarding downloads and consultation of sites. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, the owner of the cottage will transmit the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from said connection.
Safety and decency instructions
* Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude customers causing the disturbance.
* To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m.
* Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation.
* In case of emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the Samu, 17 for the police,
112 for cell phones). Fire extinguishers have been placed in the accommodation.
* Children are the responsibility of their parents throughout the stay.
* Tenants agree to ensure that the windows are closed in the event of a risk of rain (especially a storm)
* Windows must be closed when absent. Any damage caused by rain inside the rooms (especially parquet floors) will be attributable to the tenant.
* The tenant is required to take out rental liability insurance with their insurance company called "VILLEGIATURE" covering all the premises entrusted to them, for damage such as fire, explosion, water damage that could be caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. An insurance certificate issued in the name of the tenant must be attached to the rental contract
Reminder!!! The owner cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damage that may occur on the property, in the parking lot or when accessing or leaving the property. Thank you for your understanding
Cleaning Package
* A Cleaning Package applies at the end of the stay. The Cleaning Package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes cleaning the rooms and household linen. However, please ensure that you do not leave the accommodation in a mess by tidying up furniture, objects and dishes and not forgetting to empty the trash.
Household waste
* Garbage cans and glass sorting are in the car park. Cardboard and plastic should be taken to 370 route de morzine, 74110 Montriond.
Reminder!!! When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins.
Pets allowed (not allowed unless agreed by the owner)
* Only the rental contract specifies whether the tenant is allowed to stay with their pet. If applicable, the tenant agrees to return the rental in an impeccable state of cleanliness, not showing the presence of an animal during the stay, including outside the accommodation. Animals must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage caused by animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from their deposit. 2/3
Parking
* 1 Vehicles may park in the residence's car park. A 2nd vehicle can be parked outside the residence on the other side of the Morzine road (provided that you do not use the carports).
Maintenance
* In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for breakdown or repairs will be taken into account without our agreement.
* In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.
